How is it like to be part of a collaborative team?

Being a collaborative team initially was a big challenge for all of us, having to split up into official members and support was the first major difficulty we encountered as we all wanted to be official members. However, as we had to make this decision, we evaluated each member's profile to find out which members would be best to be the official members, building a strong and balanced team.

Another major difficulty ends up being communication, as we are not able to set up physical meetings, but thanks to software such as Skype, Whatsapp and Google Drive, we were able to establish a very dynamic and efficient communication.

Despite some difficulties, being part of a collaborative team also brings great experiences and learnings. We had the change to get in touch with another culture, another language and other people, which at first were unknown to us. In addition, we learned how to deal with a more striking division of labor, as there were specific things to do in Brazil and other specific things to do in Mexico. In the end, being part of a collaborative team added a lot of new things to each member.
