Team Hydra: visual identity

Regarding the visual identity, the Team Hydra decided to be represented by the Hydra, a serpent-like monster in Greek mythology.

To figure out what we would like to be our symbol, the team decided to take some features from Team Kraken, from Brazil, and some from Escudería Saasilkán, from Mexico, to create the new identity. That way, the team that would compete on the world final could represent all the members.

The team decided to take the idea of the snake from Saasilkán and mix it with the idea of a sea monster from Kraken. With that, came up the idea of the Hydra, a serpent-like sea monster.

Besides that, according the myth, the Hydra has several heads and, if someone cuts off one of the heads, two more grow back in its place. And that can be identified on our team as well, because whenever something that we were not expecting happens, we try to keep calm and solve it by the means we can, so we can rise even stronger after that. Along with that, the many heads connected to only one body shows how the members of Hydra worked together to create a great team.
