How is the world final of the F1 in Schools project?

After the qualifying stages in each country, both regional and national finals, the best teams are sent to the world final of the competition. The location of this stage varies each year, in 2017 and 2018, it took place, respectively, in Malaysia and Singapore. And, in 2019, the event will be held in Abu Dhabi.

The competition lasts for several days so the judges can evaluate all teams in all aspects and the car races can happen. In addition to the competitive part, the event features a great exchange of knowledge between the teams from all over the world.

The team winning of the Singapore World Finals was Horizon, a team composed by Australian students from Brighton Secondary School.

Even if not winning, going to the world finals of the competition is a life experience, where you gain a lot of new knowledge and are able to represent your home country.
