Organization of the team: TRELLO

For the organization of the tasks, we used the website TRELLO. There we were able to create folders for each area of the team: marketing, engineering and financial.

On TRELLO, we could divide the tasks on lists of “To do”, “Doing” and “Done”.

Although only the members from each area could edit the lists of their area, everyone else could access them and see the progress of the project in a whole.

On TRELLO, we could also establish dates for when the tasks should be done, so, that way, we could avoid delays.

Using TRELLO was a great way to organize our team, because having a schedule and a delivery date for each task make the work more effective and it avoid delays.
